How it works

01Define your target marketDescribe what you sell and where you want to sell it, in plain language. We show you exactly how the search was interpreted before anything runs.
02Find relevant companiesDiscovery draws on authorised data sources. Companies are ranked by how likely they are to buy what you make, and every score shows its working.
03Identify decision-makersA procurement-aware title taxonomy finds the buyer inside the company — including German compound titles that generic tools return as unclassified.
04See what is verifiedEvery value carries its status. Verified means confirmed. Estimated means a guess, and is labelled as one — never dressed up as fact.
05Export with the source attachedExcel and CSV exports carry a Data Source and Last Verified column on every row, because you may be asked where the details came from.

What makes the results trustworthy

Procurement title intelligence

Einkaufsleiter, Leiter Beschaffung, Responsable des Achats, Director de Compras — all resolve to the same buying role. Multilingual by design, not by translation.

Explainable relevance

Every score shows the factors that produced it: product match, company type, location, contact availability. No black box, no invented confidence.

Honest data quality

Seven distinct states from verified to unavailable, encoded in shape as well as colour. An estimated email is never presented as a confirmed one.

Source attribution built in

Provenance is recorded per value, not per record, so a company known to two sources keeps both lineages and conflicts resolve by trust and recency.

Deduplication you can inspect

Records merge on domain, phone and normalised name — and only above a confidence threshold. Ambiguous pairs are flagged for review, never guessed.

Built for exporters

Surgical instruments, dental, beauty, sports goods, leather, gloves, textiles. The vocabulary matches how buyers in those categories describe themselves.

Built around what Sialkot exports

Search vocabulary is tuned to these categories, so a search for surgical instruments also reaches companies describing themselves as medical device distributors — the same buyers, different words.

How this product sources data

ScrapIn does not scrape LinkedIn. There is no LinkedIn API for people search, and LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits browser extensions that copy profile data — restrictions enforced against the account doing the copying. Company and contact data comes from official APIs, licensed providers and publicly accessible business information where the terms permit it. Profile links are stored so you can open them yourself, in your own browser, which is ordinary permitted use.

This is the version of the product whose output you can lawfully export, keep, and act on.
